Marie Stopes needed to implement a complete worldwide Management Information System transformation. The new system is primarily designed to help manage the parts of the not-for-profit organisations that exist in developing countries.

- Designed and implemented an ‘intelligent’ record sharing system
- Architected and implemented a complete custom rules engine, that allows non-technical staff to define complex behaviour within the system
- Recruitment of new development team members
- Planning and managing work for a team of 4 developers
- Handling full software release cycle, and communicating the stakeholders
