I was an elected representative of the largest student charity organisation in the country, “Karnival”. I strongly believe in giving something back to society and Karnival enabled me to work for two years for a number of different charities throughout my university career.
More recently I decided to undertake the extremely challenging task to summit Mount Kilimanjaro. After my father passed away having suffered for a long time with diabetes, I managed to raise over £9500 for Diabetes UK, and summit Kilimanjaro on the 2nd anniversary of his passing.
I am a registered First Responder volunteering my time with the East of England Ambulance service providing emergency aid to my local community.
